    Why this partnership matters

We believe communication and creativity have the power to transform lives. That's why we've partnered with Creative Youth.

    Who are Creative Youth?

Creative Youth are an award-winning charity based in Kingston upon Thames that believes every young person deserves the opportunity to discover and fulfil their potential through the arts, creativity and enterprise.

For more than twenty years they have provided thousands of young people with opportunities to develop confidence, ambition and skills through workshops, mentoring, performances and community projects.

    Why now?

In 2024, Creative Youth faced one of the biggest challenges in its history when severe flooding devastated its home, Fusebox.

While continuing to deliver life-changing programmes for young people, the charity has also been rebuilding its home and planning for the future. Like many charities, every donation helps ensure this important work can continue.

    Why we're involved

As communication specialists with backgrounds in professional performance, creativity has shaped both our careers and our lives. We know first-hand how confidence, communication and creative opportunity can change the direction of someone's future.

By donating to the charity, your organisation isn't simply funding another training course. You're helping create opportunities for the next generation.

    FAQ

    Everything you might be wondering.

    Is there a minimum donation?

There is no fixed minimum. We simply ask that your organisation makes a meaningful donation directly to Creative Youth, in place of the fee that would ordinarily apply for a masterclass of this calibre.

Can the masterclass be delivered online?

Yes. Sessions can be delivered in person at your offices, at a venue of your choice, or online for distributed teams. For in-person delivery, travel and accommodation costs would need to be covered.

    Can it be tailored?

Absolutely. We can shape the content, examples and exercises to reflect your sector, your leadership priorities, or a specific challenge your team is working on.

    How many delegates can attend?

Each session can be delivered to 1 person up to a maximum of 30 people.

Can we book more than one session?

One session per company is available for this offer. You are welcome to discuss booking more options at a later stage through the usual channels.

    How long is a masterclass?

A typical session runs for 60 to 90 minutes, including live Q&A. Longer half-day and full-day formats are also available.
