How we do it
Exploring the principles of storytelling through the medium of movies (popcorn optional!) and putting these powerful principles into your business stories. What’s the storytelling arc? Why do we need peril to achieve successful outcomes? Who are you in the story? And who is your Stakeholder? Once the theory is explored, we put this into practice with a practical, lively coaching session.

Jason is a Consultant Occupational and Business Psychologist and a BPS-certified Psychometrician, Jason specialises in elite performance, engagement, inclusion, and learning and development. He has over 16 years of experience in coaching, line management, and organisational and personnel development.
Jason has won awards for course design and holds the rank of Associate Professor. He has collaborated internationally with a range of FTSE 100 companies and high-profile individuals, while also dedicating significant time to the charity sector, where he remains actively involved as a founder, trustee, and chair of several organisations.
