When we experience high levels of anxiety, cortisol, our stress hormone can negatively impact our decision-making ability. In a world of challenge and change which requires speedier decision-making, there has never been a greater need to be fearless.

We do this through group activities and individual tasks and every step of the way we incorporate discussion to share our experiences and learn from them.
